Step 3 – Select the Text Tool. Navigate to the Tool Bar and select the Text Tool, which is situated under the Pen Tool, or for the keyboard shortcut press T.

2023年7月22日 — Go to Layer Style > Stroke. Select position as Outside. Set the Size slider to any line weight that you want and your Opacity to 100. Click OK.
